H. Delroy Fraser MSc., the founder and owner of TechnicalVirtualAssistant.com, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the virtual assistance sphere. A passion for helping businesses streamline their operations and maximize productivity has resulted in a reputation for delivering exceptional Technical Support services in several sectors.

I have been fortunate to have experienced various support and leadership roles throughout my professional career;

  • within R&D and product development,
  • within the NHS and Private Healthcare managing technology and client/provider contracts,
  • as a business owner
  • as a freelance project manager
  • and also providing businesses with web and technical support for legal, medical and a raft of professional trades in the UK and overseas.


These experiences position me to be acutely aware of the need for flexible and reliable virtual technical support – with integrity. Leveraging my extensive knowledge of business processes and technology I decided to launch Technical Virtual Assistant (TVA) as a service with a mission objective to empower entrepreneurs and professionals by providing  them with the best virtual technical assistance – tailored to each users unique needs.
