You will be able to securely explore dif­fer­ent sites without leav­ing any digit­al foot­print that can be traced back to you. All the details that you need to build a con­nec­tion to one of our VPN serv­ers loc­ated all over the world are provided.

There is no lim­it to the num­ber of con­nec­ted devices and no need to val­id­ate each new device.

How To Use The VPN Provided With Your Host­ing Account

Through your web­site’s Con­trol Pan­el (HostFraser.com or EcoCpanel.com), you can enable VPN access to the Inter­net. You will be able to util­ise it through the VPN cli­ent applic­a­tion already installed on your device — a com­puter, a smart­phone, a tab­let, etc.

To enable VPN access, you will need to go to VPN access in the Advanced sec­tion of the Con­trol Pan­el and then click on the “Activ­ate VPN Access” but­ton.

You will now see a list of our VPN serv­er loc­a­tions which include the USA, Canada, Neth­er­lands, etc. Keep in mind that there are fre­quent updates to the list of VPN serv­er loc­a­tions.

To push your Inter­net traffic through a cer­tain VPN serv­er, just copy its host­name and paste it in the VPN cli­ent on your device. This should be done through the PPTP pro­tocol.

To authen­tic­ate the VPN con­nec­tion details, you will need to use the user­name of your host­ing account and your VPN pass­word. This is your host­ing account pass­word, which can be changed at any­time.

You will need to give your VPN con­nec­tion a name.

NOTE: Please note that you must have ‘Point-To-Point (MPPE) Encryp­tion’ enabled in your VPN cli­ent’s set­tings to be able to con­nect.

That’s it! Now you will need to enable this VPN con­nec­tion from your device.

This way, all your incom­ing and out­go­ing Inter­net traffic will start going through our VPN serv­ers instead of your par­tic­u­lar eas­ily iden­ti­fi­able inter­net con­nec­tion and no one will be able to spy on you online.

By default, you will have a few giga­bytes of free VPN traffic per month. To save on your traffic quota, you can also enable our VPN fil­ter, which will auto­mat­ic­ally fil­ter out ads and com­press images for you.
